By combining the innovative Lynx Robotic Liquid Handler with the SNPline, sbeadex Lightning and Amp-Seq workflows, this partnership aims to deliver instruments, reagents, and consumables to service laboratories, breeders, and researchers worldwide.

Biosearch Technologies, part of LGC’s Diagnostics and Genomics, offers a comprehensive range of services and solutions, including the SNPline, sbeadex Lightning and Amp-Seq workflows. The SNPline automation platform delivers a solution for DNA extraction, preparation and replication, reagent dispensing, plate sealing, thermal cycling, and data reading. sbeadex Lightning chemistry enables ultra-fast purification using a novel method to bind nucleic acids, delivering high yields of high-quality DNA from lysate to eluate in five minutes. Amp-Seq is a mid-plex, high-throughput targeted genotyping by sequencing workflow.

Dynamic Devices has significant experience in liquid handling and motion control, with a 25-year history of designing and building robotic pipetting platforms. This includes the Lynx Robotic Liquid Handler, which offers volumetric verification and independent volume control in a multi-channel pipetting head, for the life sciences and clinical diagnostics markets.

“The Dynamic Devices Lynx platform is an exceptional addition to our SNPline workflow. When combined with our sbeadex Lightning chemistry, and Amp-Seq workflows, it provides a powerful, automated solution for DNA purification and genotyping needs”, said Brian Boissonneault, Vice President of Product Management and Marketing for LGC Diagnostics and Genomics. “We are thrilled to partner with Dynamic Devices to bring our advanced genomic solutions to a broader audience, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of their workflows.”

“We are excited to collaborate with LGC to enhance the capabilities of our Lynx system,” said Toby Sangel, Global Sales Manager at Dynamic Devices. “This partnership allows us to combine the best of both companies’ cutting-edge technologies and capabilities and offer our customers unparalleled efficiency and accuracy in DNA purification and genotyping, enabling fully walkaway workflows that reduce the risk of human error and ensure reproducible results with every run.”
