"The scanner is easy to use and maintain. Out colloborators have been using this scanner and they are all satisfied. we use 2D tubes for biobanking plasma, serum, buffy coat and PBMCs. The scanner does the job well and it is fast. The reader is easy to install, gives reliable code readings and can be smoothly integrated into any laboratory sample database. The compact reader can be used in high throughput and automated systems or as a stand-alone device."
