Would be nice to have it as a 21CFR part 11 compliant instrument and incorporated software that would let you do HD data analysis."

"User-friendly and intuitive software. We are able to resolve most cell populations of interest, especially with the autofluorescence correction. Able to run up to 30 or more colors panel without too much headache in post-acquisition compensation/ unmixing correction and analysis. Generally, we need to use a lower concentration of antibodies as the machine is pretty sensitive, hence we save on antibodies cost as well. The passing of tubes can be somewhat slow due to the sitting flush in between samples (inevitable)."
